The chain is completely oriented to the needs of the consumer, with a varied product, made at the point of sale daily, healthy and of the highest quality. The brand, focused on a firm commitment in the places where it is present. Rodilla opens its doors in 2019 in Miami, with handcrafted delicacies in Wynwood. We chose Wynwood to establish ourselves because it embraces Miami’s unique values of tradition, dynamism and novelty, aligned with the spirit of a brand like Antonio Rodilla.

We want to continue engulfing ourselves in the gem that is Miami’s diverse marketplace, by simultaneously opening in Coral Gables and Brickell: Miami’s purest essence of the past, of today and forever.Our target audience is men and women between 20 and 65 years of age: Professional city folks that harmonize with trends and innovation, but with little time to dedicate to food. Having said this, they seek succulent optimum quality food (first-rated raw materials, excellent preparation and variety of product) with an impeccable and fast service. Furthermore, Rodilla will be enticing to the European Expat population, as with them our objective of becoming their casual food of choice will be achieved.
