    Job Description

    As the Parfums Christian Dior Boutique Manager, you are the ultimate leader and brand ambassador of your boutique and represent Parfums Christian Dior in the market. You are responsible for the management of the Boutique, your team and creating a positive and motivating environment. Your mission is to develop and lead your team to maximize store performance (sales and client management) while ensuring exceptional level of client service.     MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    BUSINESS STRATEGY:

    • Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to store and services KPIs on a monthly basis​
    • Display an exceptional example of the Dior client experience. Sell Dior products by meeting our clients’ needs and provide memorable experiences through the highest standard of service. Follow the D.I.O.R. and Dior Signature methods at all times​
    • Educate customers on the Dior brand and on Dior products. Share Dior Storytelling within every client interaction. ​
    • Play an active role on the sales floor to lead the team by example and ensure a welcoming environment in the boutique​

    PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

    • Set and track realistic individual KPIs for employees and motivate staff through clear communication, and consistent coaching and feedback ​
    • Coach and develop skills and knowledge of all team members using Dior tools and training materials. ​
    • Transmit your passion for retail and elevated client experiences. Spread a culture of excellence, client-centricity, and continuous improvement. ​
    • Foster a positive working environment and create a culture of psychological safety, feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect and teamwork​
    • Oversee annual review process for all store employees​
    • Assist in recruiting top talent who embody the PCD Mission, Vision, and Values. Play an active role in their onboarding, development and retention​
    • In partnership with Retail Operations and HRBP, manage scheduling, time off requests, payroll, commission, overtime, employee relations, disciplinary action procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and state and federal labor laws

    • Recruit diverse and skilled talent who complement boutique and team ambition

    CLIENT EXPERIENCE:

    • Ensure exceptional client and service centric mind-set in the team ​
    • Ensure team are aware and supporting all client development and client experience strategies, goals, and standards. ​
    • Animate actively the implementation and success of Dior launch plan and animations​
    • Effectively manage internal and external communication to ensure successful events in store and/or remotely​

    OPERATIONS:

    Qualifications

    • 3 years + as a Business or Boutique Manager directly managing a team of 5 to 10 people minimum, preferably in the luxury retail environment or fragrance brand​
    • Proven track record in achieving retail results (sales and profitability)​
    • Proven record of working within a luxury retail environment​
    • Experience executing well planned and successful prestigious brand events (would be a plus)
    • Excellent selling and customer service skills
    • Strong beauty knowledge and rich vocabulary regarding beauty universe, trends and competitive landscape​
    • Exceptional ability to connect with clients and nurture long term client relationships​
    • People management experience (able to lead, manage, motivate, coach and develop people)​

    The Boutique Key Holder is the Dior Ambassador and promotes with passion the Dior Maison and Values.     Job Description

    In a dynamic and fast paced environment, the Boutique Operations Associate is a critical component of the business, contributing to keep our stores beautiful and running smoothly and fueling the success of our front of house team. They are a key contributor to ensure the best efficient & optimized working conditions for our retail team and the best experience for our clients.     MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    STOCK MANAGEMENT:

    • Assist the boutique manager with stock management tasks for saleable products (inventories preparation, rotating inventories, out-of-stock monitoring, CRM follow-up). Optimize the frequency of delivery in function of the spaces available front and back of house
    • Assist the boutique manager for flows and stock levels in constant exchange with the supply chain, alert according to tourist seasonality and trade plan

    The Boutique Beauty Consultant is the Dior Ambassador and promotes with passion the Dior Maison and Values.     MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

    SELLING DIOR:

    • Conduct in store and/or remote selling activities, acting as a personal shopper
    • Sell Dior products by meeting our clients’ needs and providing a memorable experience through high standard of service to clients throughout the whole sales process, following the brand D.I.O.R. method:
      • Display the ultimate in Dior hospitality. Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both on counter and through traffic-stopping
      • Connect with authenticity. Identify and understand clients needs through the art of conversation
      • Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers including makeup, fragrance and skincare. Offer the right service and conduct it perfectly. Propose complementary products within category and cross category. Offer a global fashion beauty approach
    • Communicate passionately, always share Dior storytelling and educate clients on the brand and products
    • Achieve retail sales targets (in store and remote) and contribute to boutique KPIs on a weekly & monthly basis. Responsible to stay on top of one’s own business and how they are tracking vs. goals daily.
    • Master Brand, Category and Competition Knowledge

    CLIENT EXPERIENCE & MANAGEMENT:

    • Develop enduring relationships with existing clients in store and remotely
    • Engage new clients to the brand, through genuine interactions
    • Learn and leverage Dior content and tools (Dior Connect & iPos) to register client data, drive traffic, develop client loyalty and take actions
    • Achieve defined goals within all CRM activities, client recruitment, development, outreach and sales
    • Grow customer relationships through clienteling, offering omnichannel services, targeted sampling, personalized services

    BOUTIQUE OPERATIONS:

    • Play an active role in maintaining an esthetically pristine and hygienic boutique environment.
    • Understand and support merchandising guidelines and inventory management.
    • Operate cash registers and assist closing daily revenues.
    • Perform all assigned operational and administrative tasks
    • Maintain and contribute to a positive work environment
    • Attend all offsite Seasonal Schools and Dior training programs.
    • Demonstrate immaculate personal grooming standards in accordance with the Dior grooming guidelines, inclusive of wearing the Dior uniform.
    • Frequently handle, lift, and move merchandise safely

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of retail experience required, preferably in the luxury retail environment
    • Proven track record in achieving retail results (sales and profitability)
    • Experience in selling makeup, fragrance and skincare. Preferably in a luxury environment
    • Digital savvy; experience/comfortable with operational POS systems
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel. Outlook, HRIS systems, Power Point, Client tracking systems and Point of Sales (POS)
    • Able to work on weekends, holidays, and evenings
    • Spanish or Mandarin speaking skills highly preferred

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES:

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Education, formal training, experience, specialized knowledge, and special skills):
